Use As a helixidine derivative of rifamycin, the inhibition of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is about 4 times stronger than that of rifampicin. It is mainly used for pulmonary infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and is effective against rifampicin-resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It can be used for drug resistance, retreatment of tuberculosis cases, and treatment of intracellular Mycobacterium infection.
